Had an amazing experience at this salon!!! Staff was so nice and friendly, she offered me fresh coffee/tea/beverages/snacks and was very professional. I love my hair it came out perfect and she even texted me beforehand to go over the style and everything so she was prepared for our appointment! First time as a guy getting locs not sure what to expect, thankfully I ended up trusting Millys. She really guided me understanding i knew nothing about locs, she was able to deliver exactly what i envisioned. She is also overall just perfect to work with, she is flexible, accommodating, punctual, professional and kind hearted. After years of patiently growing my hair, I finally reached the point where I could consider styling it. The desire for braids sparked a new journey, and I eagerly began my search for the right stylist. However, my initial excitement quickly turned into frustration as many salons made me feel unwelcome, as if my inquiries were an inconvenience. That was until I connected with Milly. Her warm and inviting demeanor immediately put me at ease. She asked for a photo to assess my hair's suitability for braids, which I appreciated. Once we confirmed that I was a good candidate, I made my way to her salon. The atmosphere was vibrant and friendly, and as we worked together, we chatted over our shared love for futbol. My hair turned out perfectly for my sister's wedding!! The braids kept for several days until the ceremony and were still perfect. 🥰 Milly was able to get me in last minute when I explained I was coming in from out of state and plans to get my hair done at home fell through. I needed to get my hair done for a trip and Milly's reviews + images already spoke for themselves. However, I was immediately impressed with her timely response and effort to fit me into her schedule, knowing I was on a time crunch. She helped me throughout every step of the process from picking my hair length to figuring out which human hair bundle was best. AND THE SPEED. I have thick hair and despise getting my hair done simply because it's a long process - Milly was efficient and sectioned my hair to the GODS 🙌🏾 I love my goddess braids, which lasted me a few weeks ans looked banging for my trip. She is also a wonderful conversationalist and really cares about her clients' comfort.

I waited to leave this review to see how my hair held up AFTER a week and during travel. It looked fantastic and I felt confident in my ability to care for it thanks to Milly's helpful tips. Goddess braids are a beast, so make sure to consult with Milly (and hair blogs) to land on the right style.

Amazing! I got box braids and the girls were so nice and welcoming, and made sure I stayed fed all throughout my appointment. They did a fantastic job on my hair too.
